Each provider processes your information under its own privacy terms. We choose providers we believe handle data responsibly, but we don’t control their practices.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card number or security code. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing details needed to fulfill your order and keep records.
If you subscribe or opt in, we’ll send you our newsletter and occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, and we’ll stop. We’ll still send transactional messages you need — like receipts and product access — because those are part of delivering what you purchased.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, to provide the Services, maintain records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. Some records (like purchase history) may be retained longer where the law requires.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers like Stripe and our hosting platform that maintain their own security safeguards. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there’s no common standard for how to respond to it, we don’t currently take action based on these signals. You can still manage tracking through your browser and cookie settings as described in Section 05.
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
