3. Purchases and Payment

Payment processing

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. ChrisGTP does not store your payment card details.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time of your purchase. We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction on the purchase of digital products. ChrisGTP may collect sales tax where legally required.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy is as follows:

Digital products (Starter Vault and other downloadables)

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details. No justification is required. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

The ChrisGTP Letter newsletter is free and may be cancelled at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email. There are no charges or refunds associated with newsletter subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on chrisgtp.com — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, newsletter content, prompt libraries, frameworks, graphics, logos, and the design of the Site — is owned by ChrisGTP or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What you may do with purchased products

When you purchase a digital product from ChrisGTP, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business and personal purposes. This means you may:

• Use the prompts and frameworks in your own business
• Adapt and customize the content for your specific needs
• Reference the ideas and frameworks in your own work

What you may not do

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our digital products, in whole or in part
• Share, distribute, or make our paid products available to others who have not purchased them
